Responsibilities
- Ability to lead the team and assist in preparation of BIM model and content for BIM Coordination meetings
- Adhere to BIM execution plan and project workflow criteria under the direction of Architect incharge
- Support project team and efficiency in workflow to achieve BIM deliverables as per requirements timely
- Leveraging BIM software and tools as a methodology to coordinate design documentation
- Assist in updating BIM standard and template for the project
- Be familiar with BIM submission, regulations and guidelines
- Provide guidance and conduct in-house BIM training to other team members
- Develop discipline specific BIM modelling content
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture or equivalent from any recognised tertiary institution preferred
- Specialist Diploma in BIM
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in building construction (Architecture), Singapore
- Good knowledge of Authorities requirements and overall project process
- 5 days work week, Mondays to Fridays
- Working location: Central, Singapore
