Job Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the dining area, ensuring smooth service flow.
- Communicating with the kitchen team to coordinate meal service and ensure timely delivery.
- Providing exceptional customer service, addressing guest needs, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Managing reservations and table assignments for optimal guest satisfaction.
- Assisting in inventory management and upholding hygiene standards.
Job Requirements:
- 44 hour/5 days work week
- Split shifts (12pm - 3pm, 6pm-11pm)
- Prior experience as a service crew member in an F&B establishment would be highly advantageous
- Possesses a positive disposition and work well in a team
- Can thrive under a fast-paced and dynamic working environment
