Responsible for the maintenance of XDC utilities systems, including chillers, boilers
Perform planned preventive maintenance and emergency maintenance, ensuring all work is recorded in work orders.
Conduct hands-on repair work as needed.
Participate in project phases, including identifying discrepancies during walk-downs and leading utility commissioning phases.
Update SOPs, URS, or other relevant documents as needed.
Perform other tasks as assigned by leadership.
Requirements
Diploma or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Pharmaceutical Engineering, or related fields candidates with equivalent work experience are also considered.
Class 1 Boiler Cert needed
Ability to quickly learn and understand relevant codes and requirements.
Strong communication and comprehension skills.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to follow leadership instructions.
Openness to temporary work assignments, including overtime on weekends or weekdays, as needed.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
