Inspects specific assemblies, onboard boiler repair, deck panels, and coverings, for conformance to dimensional specifications and quality standards, using level, square, and measuring instruments and applying knowledge of carpentry.
Responsible to issue PTW for all site work
Responsible and accountable to follow all Safety Procedures of the site.
Performs In process sampling and testing.
Performs simple maintenance jobs in accordance with safety requirement.
Preparation of equipment for lock out tag out (LOTO), filter change outs etc.
Report all accident, injury, near miss, unsafe conditions, and behaviour to immediate supervisor so that remedial actions can be taken to eliminate risk.
Ensure utilities and facilities problems are identified and repaired quickly.
