Your Mission:As a Culinary Operations Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in our vibrant kitchen team, ensuring each day runs smoothly and deliciously!

Key Responsibilities:

• Opening & Closing: Prepare the restaurant for success, from dawn till dusk.
• Order Preparation: Organize and sort orders efficiently, adhering to our kitchen Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain Standards: Keep the kitchen workspace clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Cooking Stations: Master various cooking stations, including deep fryers, water boilers, and induction cookers.
