Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Recording Transactions:
  • Maintain accurate records of all income, expenses, and transactions in accounting software or ledgers.
  • Categorize expenses and reconcile accounts.
  • Bank Reconciliation:
  • Regularly reconcile bank and credit card statements with internal records.
  • Investigate discrepancies and resolve errors.
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable:
  • Track invoices and payments.
  • Prepare and send invoices to clients and follow up on overdue payments.
