Bookkeeper

Turbo AI is a Singapore-based, regional facing GPU cloud computing service provider to meet the surging demand of Al computation infrastructure. Through our in-house software plus key strategic partnerships with NVIDIA and top-tier data centers, we will provide the best-in-class platform to access GPU- based computing services. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Bookkeeper to join our team and help manage our financial records and transactions.

#### Job Description:

As a Bookkeeper at Turbo AI, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, and supporting the overall financial health of the company. You will work closely with our finance team and other departments to manage accounts of the company.

#### Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including daily transactions, invoices, receipts, and payments.

- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.

- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.

- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

- Monitor and manage expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and budgets.

- Collaborate with Cayman-based service providers on consolidation reporting and compliance requirements- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

#### Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).

- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.

- SCA holder, with strong knowledge of Singapore GAAP/IFRS.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in a technology company is a plus.

- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.
