Job Responsibilities:
- Welcoming Clients: Greet every client with enthusiasm and outstanding service, encouraging them to become passionate advocates for the brand.
- Brand Communication: Effectively convey the rich heritage and core values of the brand to all clients.
- Knowledge Development: Acquire in-depth knowledge of the brand and the luxury sector through training and continuous personal growth.
- Stock Awareness: Keep informed about product offerings, including pricing, features, and compelling stories behind each item.
- Product Offerings: Be knowledgeable about all unique services available, such as engraving.
- Team Collaboration: Work efficiently and maintain clear communication with team members and stakeholders to provide clients with a luxurious experience.
- Transaction Accuracy: Execute transactions precisely and manage administrative tasks (e.g., reports and trackers) promptly.
- Professional Appearance: Uphold high grooming and appearance standards in accordance with the brand's guidelines.
- Brand Ambassador: Embody the essence of the brand in all interactions.
- Guest Engagement: Be attentive to guests, understanding their needs and expectations during their visit to the Boutique.
- Client Experience: Ensure that every client's experience aligns perfectly with the brand's standards.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-4 years in luxury retail or hospitality.
- Personality: A charismatic, positive individual who excels in interpersonal interactions.
- Sales Expertise: Proven experience in sales or retail, with the ability to enhance commercial success through effective client engagement.
- Customer Service: Exceptional understanding of customer service principles and a commitment to going above and beyond.
- Storytelling: Strong ability to share engaging narratives.
- Brand Knowledge: Willingness to learn and retain information about the brand's heritage and offerings.
- Language Skills: Fluent in spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
