Branch Customer Service Officer ( Bank/ $15/hrs)

Description:

• Assist in customers general enquiries.
• Proactive sharing, understanding and knowing customers banking needs and refer customers to adopt digital platforms and use cashless where suitable for enhanced customers experience and journey.
• Be familiar with latest banking products and services to suggest as alternative solutions to customers where fitting

Requirements:

• Be able to stand for long hours.
• Commit to branch operating hours for 5.5 days per week (Monday to Saturday).
• Service Oriented
