Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Report directly to Operation Manager
- Overall responsible and in charge of the branch's smooth operations. This includes achieving daily branch sales target, meeting all staff (including SM, therapists and CSOs) monthly target, managing of staff's leave applications approve staff's OT, staff's punctuality, staff's appraisal, planning and updating on roster, update staff on all current promotions, making cold-calls to customers, handling customer's complaint, staff's grievances, branch's cleanliness and etc
- To motivate staff in building team work, ensure good communication among staff and foster a positive working environment
- To establish good relationship and provide excellent service to customers
- Sharing of knowledge to staff, perform staff training and coaching on effective practices regularly in relation to daily operations matter, sales pitch on products and treatments, customer service and etc
- Empower staff to accomplish task and achieve desired goal
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties and other matters as assigned by the Company
Requirements:
- Min. 8 years experience in the beauty wellness industry with proven track record in sales target
- Independent, motivated, optimistic and possess initiative
- Highly motivated, sales driven and service oriented
- Good interpersonal skills and communication qualities
- Team player with ability to cooperate with colleagues and have strong leadership capabilities
- Willing to work retail hours (including weekends and public holidays)
- Passionate about the beauty and service industry
