- Lead, train, and motivate your team for continuous improvement
- Provide hands-on hair and scalp treatments
Requirements
- Management experience in beauty, wellness, or hair care
- Experience with hair and scalp treatments (preferred)
- Proven track record in sales and customer service
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to converse in both Mandarin and English to communicate with a diverse customer base
