Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Branch Manager located in Jurong / Bedok. Our client offers the best hair loss treatment & solution for men & women. We are the leading hair centre in Singapore specialising in TCM-based solutions. You will be responsible to achieve both the outlet's and your personal sales targets. You will be responsible for evaluating progress towards these targets and implementing necessary solutions. Additionally, you will manage daily outlet operations, which includes handling customer complaints, motivating staff, providing guidance and coaching, and managing paperwork. You will also oversee outlet personnel duties and human resources responsibilities, such as managing annual leaves and shift schedules.

Qualifications:

• Min 3 years experience in Beauty industry
