- Plan and execute in-store coaching sessions on products and sales techniques on regular basis
- Manage training schedule and developed training module and presentation materials
- Assist customers with finding products that meet their needs through in-person consultation
- Performing sales of elite hair care products and treatment services
- Performing hair care treatments services to customers
- Attending to customers feedback
Job Requirements:
- Good interpersonal skills and communication qualities
- Energetic with positive attitude
- Team player with ability to cooperate with colleagues
- Pleasant well grommed and passionate
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
- Good coordination, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Willing to work in retail hours ( 11am to 9pm) including weekend
