The Policy Tank (TPT) is a pioneering non-profit think tank dedicated to bridging the gap between citizens, government, and academia, with a specific emphasis on youth, women, and underrepresented communities. Through our services in Advocacy & Consulting, Curriculum Development, and Events, we aim to create a more inclusive and just society by amplifying the voices of the next generation and championing informed policy.

Position Summary

As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent TPT's mission and values, increasing awareness and engagement with our initiatives, particularly among young people, women, and underrepresented groups. You will be the face of our programs, events, and campaigns, driving brand awareness across digital and physical platforms, and helping us build an active, informed, and empowered community.

Key Responsibilities

Promote TPT Initiatives: Engage with audiences to promote TPT's initiatives, including Advocacy & Consulting services, educational Curriculum, events, and our Tank Talks podcast.

Social Media Engagement: Share content, stories, and insights related to TPT's mission, events, and community activities on social media platforms.

Event Support: Represent TPT at various events, webinars, workshops, and panel discussions, both in person and online.

Community Building: Build and nurture relationships with young people, influencers, and local community members to foster a network aligned with TPT's goals.

Content Creation: Collaborate with TPT's marketing team to create relevant and engaging content that highlights our projects, events, and advocacy efforts.

Brand Integrity: Maintain a positive and authentic representation of TPT's core values and mission in all interactions.

Requirements

Passion for Social Impact: A genuine commitment to TPT's mission to bridge gaps and create positive change in public policy.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable with public speaking and content sharing.

Social Media Savvy: Active presence on major social media platforms with a basic understanding of online community building.

Event Participation: Willingness to participate in events, workshops, and TPT activities as a representative.

Collaboration Skills: Ability to work closely with TPT's marketing team to execute campaigns effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

Advocacy/Policy Background: Knowledge or experience in public policy, advocacy, or community initiatives is a plus.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; candidates from policy, social sciences, or communication backgrounds are preferred.

Influencer Experience: Prior experience as a brand ambassador or influencer is an asset.
