- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to communicate brand messages effectively.

- Identify strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand visibility and reach new audiences.
- Negotiate and manage partnerships with influencers, organizations, and other brands to amplify brand messaging and drive brand awareness.
4. Data Analysis:
- Analyze customer data and marketing metrics to track campaign performance, identify trends, and measure the effectiveness of brand and CRM initiatives.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.

5. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage budgets for brand development and CRM marketing initiatives.

6. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Segment customers based on demographics, behavior, and preferences to deliver personalized marketing communications and experiences.
- Design and manage customer loyalty programs to reward and retain loyal customers.
- Develop incentives, promotions, and rewards to encourage repeat purchases and increase customer lifetime value.
- Manage customer databases and utilize CRM platforms to track interactions.
- Track and measure program effectiveness and make adjustments as needed to drive engagement and retention.
7. Others
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- Perform any other additional responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager of Operations & Marketing
Requirements:
- Bachelor-degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is desired
- At least 5-years of proven experience in brand development, or related marketing roles, with a track record of success in building brands and engaging customers.
- Understanding of Korean culture and some degree of proficiency of Korean language is desired
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute integrated marketing plans.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, email marketing tools, and marketing analytics software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions.
