Job Description

1. Brand Development:

  • Overseeing any aspect of marketing related to a company's brand, and ensuring that all branding decisions ultimately result in stronger sales.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives and maintain a strong brand presence in the market.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Maintain and evolve the brand identity to stay competitive in market.
  • Define brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition to resonate with target audiences.
  • Ensure consistency and alignment of brand identity across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Lead the development of brand assets, taglines, visual elements, brand guidelines, design templates, and monitor campaign performance metrics to optimize results.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to engage customers, drive sales, and promote brand loyalty.

2. Brand Communication:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to communicate brand messages effectively.
  • Develop compelling content for various channels, including advertising, website, email, and print materials.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to maximize results.

3. Brand Partnerships:

  • Identify strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand visibility and reach new audiences.
  • Negotiate and manage partnerships with influencers, organizations, and other brands to amplify brand messaging and drive brand awareness.

4. Data Analysis:

  • Analyze customer data and marketing metrics to track campaign performance, identify trends, and measure the effectiveness of brand and CRM initiatives.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • Use insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize marketing strategies.

5. Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage budgets for brand development and CRM marketing initiatives.
  • Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor spending and track expenses to ensure alignment with budgetary constraints.

6. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Segment customers based on demographics, behavior, and preferences to deliver personalized marketing communications and experiences.
  • Design and manage customer loyalty programs to reward and retain loyal customers.
  • Develop incentives, promotions, and rewards to encourage repeat purchases and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Manage customer databases and utilize CRM platforms to track interactions.
  • Track and measure program effectiveness and make adjustments as needed to drive engagement and retention.

7. Others

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
  • Perform any other additional responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager of Operations & Marketing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor-degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is desired
  • At least 5-years of proven experience in brand development, or related marketing roles, with a track record of success in building brands and engaging customers.
  • Understanding of Korean culture and some degree of proficiency of Korean language is desired
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute integrated marketing plans.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, email marketing tools, and marketing analytics software.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and creating engaging brand experiences.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in brand development and CRM marketing.
