Role:
We are on the lookout for a Brand Executive with experience managing multiple accounts. The most important thing we are looking for is someone who has a hungry mind that wants to try new things. Asks for forgiveness rather than for permission. This person would need to be able to collaborate with different stakeholders and teams and they must be self-starters
taking the initiative to lead, strategise and execute campaigns. This will require a high level of aptitude for working with strategy and creative teams, as well as direct relations with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Administration and Operations
- Maintain up-to-date information on the status of projects including timelines, WIPs (Work-in-Progress), contact reports and being prepared for status calls.
- Brief, review settings (internal and external) and do follow-ups.
- Assist in developing client presentations, proposals, reports and basic coordination.
Business
- Understand basic financial processes from end-to-end and how revenue is generated.
- Basic knowledge category, not necessarily from experience.
Client Management
- Assist in providing timely responses/follow-up actions to client requests on day-to-day deliveries.
- Capture accurate feedback from clients.
- Manage basic internal communication with the working team.
Strategy
- Understand basic strategic requirements to be able to assist in providing support to strategy team from general to deep dive desktop research e.g., competitive or industry landscape research, market nuances, audience insights.
- Curious about our client's industry: proactive in competitive research and share ideas/provide recommendations.
Creative
- Manage executions of project delivery from end-to-end with supervision from line manager.
- Manage asset delivery through sourcing of information for project requirements.
- Aware and appreciative of effective and bold creative work.
Digital
- Basic knowledge and understanding of platforms - latest digital and social platforms, channels and format.
- Basic knowledge around high-level social and digital trends.
People Management
- Work effectively in a team, able to support the team in requirements.
- Understand the escalation structure within the team and the organisation.
- Clear on professional code of conduct within the Agency regulations, policy and culture.
Job Specifications
Knowledge and Experiences Required
- 0-2 years experience in the advertising industry
- Understanding of the overall business operations, needs, challenges and objectives
Skills Required
- Commercial and creative minded
- Excellent relationship management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Mac applications
