NOTE: We're looking for an intern who can commit full-time internship (5 days a week) from January to June 2025.
Main Job Scope: Brand Management
- Provide day-to-day support in all aspects of campaign management such as putting in direct and studio briefs, communicating with clients, obtaining production quotes, monitoring timelines and scope of work requirements, and coordinating administrative / ad-hoc tasks.
- Assist in coordination of meetings and creative reviews while working closely with the strategy team to provide inputs on competitive research, insights, and trends.
- Expectation is to manage small projects and tasks independently with minimal supervision after a period of time while providing solid and reliable support on larger projects that have larger team involvement.
Prerequisites
- Extremely organised, detail oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent spoken & communication skills.
- Able to and enjoys working with different people.
- Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Proficiency in Keynote is a plus.
- Proficiency in other design & editing software (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PremierePro, Aftereffects) is a plus.
