Responsibilities Job scope but not limited to:
- Assist managers to participate in the company's brands strategy planning, formulation,
implementation process and operation management, including market strategy planning,
brand building and maintenance, etc, to ensure the achievement of the company's overall
sales strategy. Responsible for the operation and management of the company's online
channels, the development of overall operational strategic planning, responsible for ecommerce operations and performance
Assist with our brand manager to carry out marketing activities and organize and plan
relevant activity plans to increase brand awareness and reputation via online and offline,
responsible for the company's e-commerce operation matrix platform cooperation docking,
strategic analysis, strategic positioning, business structure, operation mode and other
aspects of management
Assist managers to supervise and manage the daily operations of the brand to ensure the
continued unity of the brand image. responsible for the company's e-commerce operation
matrix platform cooperation docking, strategic analysis, strategic positioning, business
structure, operation mode and other aspects of management and integration of the relevant
resources of the major platforms, the development of e-commerce platform promotion plan
and promotion activities implementation
Assist the brand manager to provide evaluation and feedback on the company's brand
promotion activities as well as monthly work reports. Responsible for the
development of the main brand product promotion activities and market research and
analysis Cooperate with the company to negotiate the cooperation of various resources
channels, determine the sales policy, and reasonably integrate the resources on a regular
basis for operations, sales promotion to track, evaluate, and submit operations, sales
promotion statistical analysis reports, timely put forward improvement measures, given
practical improvement programs responsible for team management, can lead the team to
complete the task through various incentives.
The individual should be:
- Candidate who study or with related working experience in E-commerce Marketing is most welcome to apply.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin, Degree holder in business related or Diploma in Majoring in E-commerces, Marketing, Journalism or Advertising Planning
- At least 3-4 years of experience in e-commerce and/or FMCG industries, with profound theoretical foundation and rich operational experience in the field of brand operation.
- Good at planning event marketing activities, familiar with the characteristics and communication characteristics of various media, establishing good cooperative relationships with our existing media, and good at integrated promotion.
- Excellent copy-writing skills, able to independently write planning plans,
- Have a keen sense of the market and strong information collection ability, strong brand awareness, excellent marketing planning ability and communication skills, good data analysis ability, problem solving ability and text organization ability.
- Have strong execution and organizational coordination skills, and be able to coordinate resources to complete plans and make evaluations.
- Excellent expression, communication, organization, coordination and team spirit, good at coordinating work affairs in different departments humble, energetic, embracing changes, and highly tolerant.
