Corporate Affairs, Brand and Marketing Apprentice 2025 Singapore Communications
Recent Polytechnic Graduates who join the Corporate Affairs, Brand and Marketing (CABM) Singapore Apprenticeship Programme will go through a 12-month learning and development journey across the areas within the CABM function including Internal Communications, External Communications and Community Impact.
Skills
The 12-month spent supporting the Singapore Communications team enables the successful candidate to gain a deep understanding on strategies to build and protect the Bank's reputation through the use of effective communications tools (external and internal), sharpen skills in project management and events organising and related editorial work. Day-to day work include but not limited to:
- Pro-active delivery and pitching story angles that would appeal to both internal and external audience that are aligned with priorities in the annual plan
- Working with the CABM team and related stakeholders in Singapore to ensure alignment in approach to communications and implementation of marketing events or projects
- Building profile of the Brand and the Singapore management team, the business segments strategy, HR-driven focus and bank-wide employee initiatives.
- Events and campaign activation (community impact and sponsorships)
About The Apprenticeship Programme
During this learning journey, you will embark on either 2x6-months or 3x4months rotations. You will be exposed to different projects and tasks, alongside structured trainings, mentorship and on-the-job learning. Through the programme, you'll experience an incredible and varied global learning experience, which include:

Eligibility
- We welcome graduates from all Polytechnic Diploma disciplines with less than 2 years of working experience.
- Have the permanent legal right to work in Singapore
- Keen interest in Banking and Finance industry
