We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branding and Partnership Senior Manager / Team Lead to lead our efforts in brand development, strategic partnerships, and amplification through various channels including social media. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills to drive our sponsorship initiatives, charity donations, and overall brand story.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership Development:
Identify, develop, and nurture strategic partnerships with organizations, events, and initiatives that align with ECBs brand and values.
Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts to ensure mutual benefit and alignment with organizational objectives.
Manage ongoing relationships with partners, ensuring effective collaboration and delivering on partnership commitments.
- Branding and Storytelling:
Develop and articulate ECBs brand story, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and communications channels.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling brand messaging and narratives that resonate with target audiences.
Continuously monitor market trends and consumer insights to refine and enhance the brand narrative and positioning.
- Sponsorship Management:
Lead the identification and evaluation of sponsorship opportunities, with a focus on sports sponsorship, community events, and charitable initiatives.
Oversee the planning, execution, and measurement of sponsorship activations to maximize brand exposure and engagement.
Manage sponsorship budgets, tracking expenditures and ROI to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Social Media Amplification:
Develop and implement social media strategies to amplify ECBs brand presence and partnership activations in collaboration with the Social Media Team.
Work closely with the Content and Social Media Team to create engaging content and campaigns that leverage partnerships and sponsorships to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Collaborate with the Social Media Team to monitor social media channels, analyze performance metrics, and adapt strategies to optimize results.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience (6-8 years) in branding, partnership management, and/or sponsorship activation within the financial services or related industry.
Strong understanding of brand development principles, storytelling techniques, and marketing trends.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Demonstrated ability to think creatively, solve problems, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Ability to travel as needed for partnership meetings, events, and activations.
