Attend to clients enquiries and reply to them in a timely manner
Communicate the clients needs to vendors
Book suppliers and liaise with all relevant vendors for the client in a timely and accurate manner
Prepare outfits and accessories for customers
Work with tailor for gown alteration schedules
Maintain gown booking records and all client records
