Job Description
For Price Forbes Companies situated within the Asia-Pacific, you are required to provide support to the Broking Teams as required on the following: -
- (Re)insurance New & Renewal Business and Endorsement Processing for all lines of business (Employee Benefits, Property, A&H, and Special Risks).
- Assist with the preparation of slips for all markets involved on accounts.
- Preparation of all (re)insurance related technical documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy - Evidence of Covers (EOCs), Endorsements & Addenda.
- Support with correspondence to clients and markets as required.
- Maintain client files, ensuring all correspondence is correctly filed for ease of review.
- Attend client or underwriter meetings as required.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as reasonably required by the broking teams.
Job Requirements
- Responsible for (Re)insurance New & Renewal Business and Endorsement non-financial processing as assigned.
- Review and verify placement documents and ensure accuracy against all correspondence.
- Ensure the insurers and reinsurers are in the approved security listings.
- Collate all documentation necessary to onboard new clients and markets.
- Ensure completeness of checklists.
- Ensure timely and accurate issuance of the (re)insurance related documentation, meeting service standards and document turnaround time.
- Brokers liaison.
- Update of pipeline and renewal tracking spreadsheets.
- Ensure accuracy of clients & market information
- Support annual audit and E&O review as a team.
- To handle filing and documentation, including annual files archive. Ensuring documents are saved and files are passed on to the others in accordance with Company Rules and Procedures.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Representing Price Forbes:
- Champion the PF name and core values.
- Represent PF with clients, agents, suppliers and other organisations.
Compliance:
- Comply with relevant legal, regulatory and compliance requirements, E&O compliance procedures and quality initiatives.
- Escalation of any potential E&O's to Division Head / Directors at the earliest opportunity.
- Ensure completion of all mandatory Company training and to deadline.
Knowledge Required:
- Detailed understanding and knowledge of Insurance & Reinsurance and relevant legal principles.
- Detailed understanding of the Company's internal procedures and practices.
Requirements / Skills Required
- Diploma holder or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Collaborative team working approach.
- Ability to prioritise and organise own workload.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work with employees at all organisational levels.
- Accurate and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Adobe.
