Brow Expert
Being a Brow Expert in the company, you will be trained and certified on the unique skillset of brows & facial waxing on top of having the best knowledge on make-up application techniques, tips & tricks as well as be exposed to a wide range of make-up products. A Brow Expert will also be able to build up their own base of regular customers to ensure that you have a constant flow of customers.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate the use of the brands makeup products & services
Market & Sell the brands products & services
Build and maintain good relationships with customers, store managers, and cast members.
Engage customers in a productive discussion to address skin concerns
Perfectly identify customers skin condition and recommend the right products
Host/Organize occasional workshops or parties for customers engagement
Perform only Benefit approved and trained services offered on the service menu to Benefit quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction
Arrange appointments for return services
Maintain counter cleanliness
Ensure that top selling stock are not facing low or out of stocks issues; shelves are always fully stocked.
Ensure personal bow bar areas are always at tip top condition, communicate maintenance issues to counter manager/sales manager
Adhere to the hygiene standards of the brand
Ensure that the Benefit uniform is worn and complete makeup is always applied during work hours
Qualifications
Requirements:
Proficiency in English (spoken & written)
Strong retail sales and/or service history
Comfortable in face to face engagement
Self-motivated individual who possesses a strong passion for working in the Beauty industry
Pleasant disposition and well groomed
Work hours: able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Work location: West, Town, East locations will be determined by the company and might be changed whenever needed.
Basic make-up application knowledge
An aesthetician or waxing license is an advantage
