Crdit Agricole Corporate and Investment Banking (Crdit Agricole CIB) is the corporate and investment banking arm of Crdit Agricole Group, world's 10th largest bank by total assets.

Our Singapore center, Information Systems Asia Pacific (ISAP), is one of the three main IT Hubs for Crdit Agricole CIB's worldwide business with over 1000 IT staff covering Production and Application Development activities. We work daily with international branches located in 33 countries by supporting their IT solutions and envisioning and developing the Bank's future information systems.

Position & responsibilities

This is an entry to junior level position.

You will be joining the Inclusion and Empowerment department to be responsible for management, consolidation and analysis of event budgets. This includes regular liaison with the finance team, procurement team and the event members.

• Ensure timely and accurate consolidation of all event budgets, status updates and management reporting.
• Coordinate and liaise with various stakeholders in the organisation to retrieve data where required.
• Prepare bi-monthly dashboard and analysis of budget report to management.
• Ad-hoc task of event assistance as assigned.

Profile & requirements

Mandatory

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance related fields
• Proficient in Excel and Pivot Table
• Data presentation visualization tools like Excel (Pivot Table) and PowerPoint
• Interest in business analysis, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation
