Job Description:
. In charge of the day-to-day operations of the building
. Review and administration of maintenance contracts including insurance policies of the building
. Plan, execute, and supervise all facilities management and operational matters
. Co-ordinate council meetings and general meetings
. Deliver efficient and effective solutions on building management
. Co-ordinate council meetings and general meetings
. Prepare and submit an annual budget and recommend rates of MF/SF contributions
. Ensure feedbacks are attended to promptly and efficiently
. Supervise and manage a team of site staff
. Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management
Job Qualification:
. Degree / Diploma in Building & Estate Management or equivalent
. Minimum 3 years of MCST experience
. Good knowledge of the Building Maintenance & Strata Management (BMSM) Act
. Computer literate and possess good interpersonal and communication skills
. A good team player with strong analytical and leadership skills
