BUILDING CONSTRUCTION PROJECT ENGINEER

Supervision of works at site in accordance with the design

. Preparation and maintenance of daily report / record

. Check and conduct inspections on works performed by subcontractors / gangs

. Check all construction drawings / sketches received on site and to report any discrepancy to the Project Manager

. Handle all problems arising from the project

. Preparation of progress report for the Client / Consultants

. Work in conjunction with the Project Manager and Safety Supervisor to keep the site safe and tidy

. Co-ordinate the handing over of completed works to the Client / Consultants and completion of the necessary rectification works

. Submission of as-built drawings at the end of the project
