Building Engineer (Construction Design/ Facade/ Central)

Responsibilities

. Conceptualisation and design of facades, preparation of drawings and structural calculations

. Delivery of technical presentations

. Coordination with clients, architects, consultants, faade contractors, suppliers and other project team members.

. Supervision of construction, site inspection and training of constructors

. Preparation of technical submissions, proposals and documentation.

Requirements

. Degree in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.

. 3 - 5 years of experience in faade design, engineering and construction and project management

. Proficient in CAD software to create designs and solve technical issues.

. Strong and diverse technical background with effective presentation skills

. Well-versed in construction trends, international design standards and building regulations.
