Building Operations Officer (Facilities/Security)

Job Description & Requirements

• Regularly patrolling the facility on foot or with a vehicle to deter crime and ensure everything is in order.
• First responder to security alarms, investigating the cause, and taking necessary actions.
• Ensuring adherence to established security protocols, such as access control procedures and visitor registration.
• Documenting and reporting any security incidents to supervisors and relevant authorities.
• Regularly checking fire extinguishers, alarms, and emergency exits to ensure functionality.
• Identifying and reporting any potential safety hazards within the facility to prevent accidents or injuries.

Requirements

• Min Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in facility management and security.
• Excellent people management skills and good interpersonal skills
