BUILDING PROJECT ARCHITECT

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Architecture or its equivalent.

2. Minimum 5 years of working experience in Singapore in large scale building / civil projects with main contractor in Civil Construction Projects.

3. Experience in both private and public residential projects within Singapore.

4. Proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, 3ds Max, Sketch up.

5. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project

Job Description:

1. Develops and implements design and detailing.

2. Highly technical in design, experienced user of Auto CAD, sketch up, Photoshop & office software's with strong attention to design details.

3. Hands on experience in managing project schedule, deliverables, clients and consultants.

4. Coordination on all architectural drawings and works, prepare, submit and update Shop Drawings & As-Built submissions.

5. Review & resolve with consultants on conflicts with architectural drawings and structural/M&E issues.

6. Take the lead and oversee the project team to ensure timely and budget-conscious completion of projects while meeting client and authority specifications.

7. Manage multiple projects concurrently, from initial design phases through to project finalization.

8. Drive ongoing improvements in architectural services by thoroughly evaluating existing workflow practices alongside management.

9. Offer guidance and supervision for the training and professional growth of team members.
