Building Services M&E Engineer

Job Description

• Review the BIM model and ensure correct the installation details, compliance with design specifications and guidelines
• Supervise and coordinate site installation works by contractors
• Attend site coordinate meetings with main-con, consultants and contractor
• Lead daily briefing and execute the project activities and oversee implementation of the quality plan
• Coordinate installation activities, site safety, order, arrange and receive M&E major equipment delivery for contractors installation
• Provide site progress update bi-weekly and monthly
• Arrange and attend material, equipment, installation, and testing inspection
• Carry out testing and commissioning and handover of completed work activities to respective authorities or clients to in timely manner and delivery with desired quality standards and safety aspects
• Maintain all quality and safety records, and other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Building Service / Mechanical Engineering/Engineering
• Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply
