Building Technician

Description

a) To be stationed at a residential site at Hume Avenue.

b) Overall is to assist maintenance and management of a Building I Facility (M&E) including the replacement of lights.

c) Handle all M&E matters in the assigned building.

d) Liaise with contractors for all troubleshoots.

e) Carry out facility maintenance/repair work.

f) Attend to all complaints, feedback and service requests from residents.

g) Preparation of maintenance reports.

h) Report to HQ staff.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC ,

At least 2 Year(s) or working experience in Building Maintenance Management

Familiar with Property preventive maintenance

Good knowledge of Building M&E Systems
