Job Description

Job description:

  • Record and support client records and ensure all documents comply with MAS regulations and internal policies.
  • Onboard clients and ensure the gathering of necessary documentation and regulatory compliance.
  • Keep clients updated, manage requests, provide accurate information, and resolve issues.
  • Arrange client meetings to clarify sales objectives and develop presentations and reports.
  • Keep track and identify prospects, opportunities, and performance benchmarks.
  • Form and maintain strong customer relationships.
