Responsibilities
- Client Consultation: Partner with clients to develop functional and digital banking solutions.
- Requirement Gathering: Collect, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications or user stories.
- Process Improvement: Assess business processes and propose solutions to optimize efficiency and performance.
- Workshop Facilitation: Lead functional workshops to achieve design outcomes.
- Journey Design: Map customer journeys and operational processes for end-to-end banking functions.
- Product Backlog Management: Support product owner in maintaining a well-organized backlog.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with development, testing, and deployment teams, managing dependencies.
- SDLC Advisory: Provide guidance on systems development lifecycle (SDLC) activities.
- Testing & Documentation: Create test cases, review results, and document project deliverables.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 5+ years in banking business analysis strong knowledge in Core Banking, payments, billing, and general ledgers.
- Methodologies: Skilled in Agile/Waterfall ITIL, Scrum experience is advantageous.
- Skills: Strong analytical and project management skills, clear communication abilities.
- Languages: Proficiency in both Chinese and English, essential for collaborating with offshore teams.
