Role:
- We are seeking professionals to transform payment processes across domestic and cross-border payment systems.
- This role involves mapping processes, developing target operating models, and documenting business requirements to enhance efficiency, digitization, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Map current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) payment processes, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with regional product teams, operations, and country-specific teams to align processes across markets.
- Create clear process documentation and business requirements to guide operational and system enhancements.
- Focus on introducing digital solutions to streamline workflows and reduce manual tasks.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in payment process mapping and documentation.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools and methodologies.
- Experience with corporate payment systems, including instant payments, domestic payments (ACH, RTGS), and cross-border payments (SWIFT).
- Analytical mindset with effective written and verbal communication skills.
