Responsibilities:
Support annual audits and assessments to ensure compliance.
Assist in the development, maintenance, and implementation of compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Document and map current business processes related to compliance, identifying areas for improvement.
Assist in the implementation of compliance-related initiatives and projects.
Coordinate audits and inspections by regulatory agencies.
Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and insights.
Provide guidance and support to internal teams on compliance matters.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities and documentation.
Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in compliance and business analysis.
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in the tech/SaaS space
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Familiarity with risk management and audit processes
Having experience in supporting audits, such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and SOC2 Type 2, is a plus
