Job responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for enhancements.
- Assist in project planning and management, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance business efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or a related field. Master's Degree in Data Analytics is a plus.
- At least 6 months of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an application development or software development environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate business processes and identify solutions.
- Understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology, certification in Scrum Master is a plus

- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, SQL), system integration tools, reporting tools and database management systems.
- Working knowledge of SQL to form database queries for application support investigations.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical information and develop effective solutions.
- Communication Skills: Able to communicate effectively across the organization including business and technology personnel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Project Management: Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools.
