We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in FinTech domain (Payments Gateways, Trading, Digital Assets, Fiat, etc.) to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of various online applications and ensuring smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Participate in key project activities such as Market Research, Requirement Gathering, User Acceptance Testing, Training, and Implementation.
- Coordinate resources and collaborate with third parties for flawless project execution.
- Manage client relationships and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure all team members are aligned on project tasks.
- Identify potential project risks and recommend mitigating measures to manage them effectively.
- Identify which issue to escalate to the appropriate resolver group.
- Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met for both projects and incidents.
Requirements:
- Singaporean only.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the FinTech/Payments industry.
- Prior hands-on experience or Knowledge with software development and web technologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese to handle Chinese-speaking clients.
- Prior experience in FinTech projects (Trading/Blockchain/Capital Markets/Financial Payment/Fiat) will be an added advantage.
