Business Analyst (Out Systems)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Analyst specializing in OutSystems, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business needs into detailed requirements and specifications that will drive the development of applications on the OutSystems platform;

Mandatory Skill-set

• Degree or Diploma in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or similar fields;
• At least 2-6years ofproven experience as a business analyst in IT projects, preferably with specific experience in OutSystems;
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies;
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation;
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively between technical teams and business stakeholders;
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment;

Desired Skill-set

• Certification in OutSystems (e.g., OutSystems Professional Developer);
• Familiarity with other low-code or rapid application development platforms;

Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories;
• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation using OutSystems;
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and other team members to design and implement OutSystems applications;
• Create and maintain project documentation, including process maps, wireframes, and test cases;
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate feedback sessions with stakeholders;
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for OutSystems applications;
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and management activities;
• Stay up-to-date with the latest OutSystems features, best practices, and industry trends.
