Responsibilities:
- Involve end-to-end project management and participate in requirement gathering, user acceptance testing, training & implementation.
- Collaborate with internal resources and 3rd parties for the flawless execute of projects.
- Identify potential project risks and its implication to the organization and recommend mitigating measures.
- Assess service requests for enhancements and maintenance of systems.
- Manage the relationship with client and all stakeholders.
Requirements:
- min. Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field of study
- min. 2 years of relevant working experience as Business Analyst in the IT/Fintech industry
- Good in communication
