As a Business Analyst (Payments) at Unison Consulting Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and optimizing payment systems, collaborating with stakeholders to identify requirements, and ensuring the delivery of innovative payment solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Gathering and documenting business requirements for payment processing systems
- Working closely with technology teams to translate business needs into functional specifications
- Performing gap analysis and proposing enhancements to existing payment processes
- Assisting in creating test scenarios and collaborating in the testing phase to ensure system quality
- Monitoring project progress and managing potential risks associated with requirements or processes

Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the payments domain
- Strong understanding of payments processing and associated technologies
- Experience required in Swift Payment
- Knowledge in RTGS Process
- Experience in documenting user stories, requirements, and test cases
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex issues clearly
- Keen analytical skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus
