We seek a motivated Business Analyst with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business needs, gather requirements, and develop solutions that enhance our operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Conduct data analysis and create reports to support decision-making processes.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to elicit requirements and gather feedback.
- Document processes, workflows, and system specifications.
- Assist in the development of project plans and timelines.
- Support the testing and implementation of new systems and processes.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to enhance business operations.
- Maintain strong communication with team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
- Familiarity with business process modeling and documentation techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
