Business Analyst

Job Title: Business Analyst (FinTech)

Our Client: Our client delivers versatile B2B fintech solutions.

The Responsibilities:

. Provide end-to-end project management

. Develop project plan and monitor progress

. Participate and contribute to project activities such as Requirement Gathering, User Acceptance Testing, Training & Implementation

. Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects

. Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met

. Identify potential project risks and its implication to the organization and to recommend mitigating measures so as to manage the risks

. Assess service requests for enhancements and maintenance of systems

. Ensure Service Level Agreements for projects and incidents are met

. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

The Requirements:

. Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field of study

. Hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

. Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience as a Business Analyst in the IT/FinTech industry

. Strong in communication and interpersonal skill

. Open to Singaporean and PR only
