Job Description

T System/Business Analyst shall meet the following qualifications and skill sets:

Minimum 5 years of work experience as business analyst or equivalent position. Handled large scale front-facing projects, with experience in stakeholder engagement and comms management;
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management of Information Systems, Information/ Infocom Technology, or related discipline;
Proven and hands-on experience with IT project implementation, specifically on user requirements gathering, IT business analysis, application solutioning, UI/UX design and using testing software;
Experience in AGILE methodologies and Cloud platform projects, preferably in using Jira, Figma, MS Visio, and Tricentis Tosca;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Have a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills, able to work and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure business needs are met;
Possess strong communication skills with an excellent command of the English language;
Must be organised and able to work with minimal supervision to ensure tasks are well completed and project is on schedule; and
Experience in end user service journey design projects, and implementing government projects would be an added advantage.
