At Spectainer, we are committed to driving innovation and operational excellence. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in helping us understand business needs, optimize processes, and drive strategic decision-making.
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and interpret business requirements. This role involves identifying opportunities for improvement, developing data-driven insights, and recommending solutions to enhance business performance.
Primary Responsibilities would include:
Requirements Gathering:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business needs and requirements.
- Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops to gather detailed information.
Data Analysis:
- Analyse business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
Process Improvement:
- Evaluate existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance.
Solution Development:
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions.
- Assist in the creation of business cases, project plans, and cost-benefit analyses.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Translate technical reports into a common language understandable to stakeholders.
- Explain complex business information using easy to digest terms to aid in business decision-making.
Testing and Validation:
- Assist in the testing of new systems or changes to ensure they meet business needs.
- Identify and document any issues or discrepancies and work with relevant teams to resolve them.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Economics. A Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus;
- 3 to 5 years proven experience as a Business Analyst;
- Experience in statistical and market analysis;
- High proficiency in business modeling, Excel functions and formulas;

Compensation and Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: $5,000-$6,500
