Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to user inquiries and requests, providing troubleshooting support for internal ERP applications.
- Collect and analyze user requirements, and recommend practical solutions based on the findings.
- Plan and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including workflows, technical and functional specifications, and user manuals.
- Collaborate with the team in the execution of IT projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in IT application support, with at least 1 year of involvement in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, Sales Order, and MRP applications.
- Hands-on experience and in-depth understanding of Oracle databases.
- Excellent interpersonal skills project management experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Capable of working independently, collaborating effectively as part of a team, and communicating across all levels.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
