As a Business Banking RM, you will be involved in the marketing of business banking products to meet the financial needs of small and medium enterprises.
Job Description
- Acquire new-to-bank SME clients
- Understand the business needs and provide sound advise on financial and investment solutions that can help meet the client's needs (ie. commercial property loans, trade facilities etc)
- Maintain and deepen relationship with client to build a long term relationship with new and existing clients
- Comply with all regulatory and compliance standards
- Ensure proper advisory procedures and documentation while adhering to the Bank's internal policies, business processes and regulatory requirements (i.e. FAA and other related statutory Acts)
Job Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Business Administration/Banking & Finance
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, marketing or credit
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Results-oriented, dynamic and self-driven
- Good stakeholder management skills
