Job Description

As a Business Banking RM, you will be involved in the marketing of business banking products to meet the financial needs of small and medium enterprises.

Job Description

  • Acquire new-to-bank SME clients
  • Understand the business needs and provide sound advise on financial and investment solutions that can help meet the client's needs (ie. commercial property loans, trade facilities etc)
  • Maintain and deepen relationship with client to build a long term relationship with new and existing clients
  • Comply with all regulatory and compliance standards
  • Ensure proper advisory procedures and documentation while adhering to the Bank's internal policies, business processes and regulatory requirements (i.e. FAA and other related statutory Acts)

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Degree in Business Administration/Banking & Finance
  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, marketing or credit
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Results-oriented, dynamic and self-driven
  • Good stakeholder management skills
