Business Change Manager

The Business Change Manager is responsible for driving change management initiatives within the front office, supporting transformation programs, and ensuring effective business integration. This role will play a key part in the Bank's transformation efforts, including an immediate focus on the CLM Target Operating Model (TOM) Program. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in change management, strong stakeholder management skills, and a deep understanding of private banking operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the change management specialist for the front office, fostering alignment with transformation initiatives.
• Support the Bank's transformation and change programs by driving front office engagement and integration to promote effective business behaviors and outcomes.
• Oversee impact assessments, stakeholder management plans, and change readiness activities impacting the front office.
• Design, deliver, and implement change delivery, communication, and engagement strategies in collaboration with the change team.
• This includes:Developing success measures for change initiatives and driving continuous improvement.
• Analyzing and presenting structured and unstructured data to facilitate informed business decisions by stakeholders.
• Coordinating and facilitating discussions with stakeholders to evaluate and propose alternative options for achieving business objectives.
  

Qualifications and Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in change management, including leadership of large-scale change initiatives.
• Proven expertise in private banking or a strong understanding of front office operations.
• Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is preferred.
