. Assisting CEO together with Executive Managers in managing business, marketing and administration matters
. Assist in summarizing or reviewing of business contracts
. Assist in travel arrangements and compiling documents for travel-related meetings
. Assist in preparation of various reports/PowerPoint presentations
. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
. Diploma/Degree with relevant experiences
. At least 3 years of working experience in fast paced admin/customer service/projects or portfolio management. Those without experiences but willing to learn are welcome to apply.
. Good working attitude, meticulous and eager to learn. Comfortable with small office setup and flat structure.
. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of service and response
. Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and technology savvy
. Office location: Near Tiong Bahru/Redhill | Mon - Fri (9:30am to 6:30pm)
