Business Data Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business DataAnalyst to be a part of Risk Management Team and to work for projects with a leading bank.

Mandatory Skill-set

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Computer Science;
• At least 2-4 years of experience as a Business, System orData Analyst within banking industry;
• Have a good understanding of data analysis and reconciliations;
• Must be proficient in the UAT process and overall UAT management of UAT;
• Very goodproficiency in SQL queries/scripting and able to extract data from databases;
• Good Understanding of Stakeholder management and requirements gathering;
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.

Desired Skill-set

• DataMart or Banking products experience and knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Work within Risk Management team and work collaboratively in cross-functional teams tobecome an effective bridge between users and technology;
• Able to prepare proper documentation on the data flow, design, business solutioning and testing approach in accordance with predefined template;
• Should collate and rationalise all stakeholders requirements and walkthrough these requirements with team;
• Responsible to handle large volume of data for analysis, reconciliation and testing;
• Actively partner the team in the solutioning process to ensure that the business solutions are properly implemented in line with the user needs;
• Responsible for overall UAT management in terms of timelines, batch runs and managing the testing results;
• Responsible for understanding the scope of the project, the changes associated and support the Project Manager in impact assessment.
