We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Academic Executive to promote and expand Singapore Human Resources Institute's (SHRI) solutions and programmes. This role requires a professional with an understanding of business development, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and nurture client relationships. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving growth through collaborating with Marketing in outreach and effective program campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
- Develop and execute a business development strategy to increase enrollment for programs and position SHRI as a partner of choice.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities by targeting corporate clients, and industry partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR / Business leaders, organizations, and associations to promote program offerings.
- Utilise market research to understand trends in HR education and adapt sales approaches to meet prospective client needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop impactful marketing campaigns, including digital content, events, and promotional materials.
Academic Program Promotion
- Serve as a knowledgeable spokesperson for HR programs, effectively communicating their value, curriculum, and career impact to prospective students and corporate partners.
- Conduct informational sessions, webinars, and one-on-one consultations to guide prospects through program offerings and admission processes.
- Provide accurate information on program structure, schedules, and costs, while addressing any questions or concerns from prospective students or corporate clients.
- Liaise with academic and administrative departments to ensure smooth communication of program details and seamless onboarding of new students.
Relationship Management & Client Support
- Develop and manage partnerships with key organizations, associations, and influencers to expand program reach and credibility.
- Act as the primary contact for enrolled students and corporate clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction through ongoing communication and support.
- Monitor and report on program performance metrics, including enrollment numbers, student satisfaction, and partner engagement, to refine strategies.
Qualification:
- Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within education or HR.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with strong networking skills.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative environment and adapting to changing priorities.
